2025 Year in Review

📅 2025 Year in Review ✍🏻

Digital transformation is about people, culture, and leadership. In 2025, we put that belief on the road, took a few hard turns, and still delivered significant value.

2025 was one of those years where we did not just publish content, we built the next version of the Institute. Advisory became the services banner for leaders who want outcomes. DTBN became the distribution engine that makes our content and conversations travel further. We retired the Transformation Readiness Tool, and introduced Transformation Accelerator because most organizations are not asking “are we ready?” they are asking “why are we stuck?

And then there was The Comeback Playbook. That was personal. We published it anyway, because leaders deserve real lessons, not polished stories.

The Big Shifts We Made This Year

From Readiness to Execution Health

The Transformation Readiness Tool had a great run. It helped leaders answer the starting question: “Are we ready to begin?” But the market shifted. Most organizations are already mid-flight, and the real question now is “Why are we stuck?” That is why we introduced Transformation Accelerator, built for the reality of execution: blockers, friction across levels, and a clear view of what is really happening in the organization, not just what leadership hopes is happening.

Advisory✚ became how we help leaders get outcomes, not just insights

We created Advisory✚ because leadership teams do not need more frameworks. They need help applying the right moves at the right time, without the consulting theater. This is where the Institute’s insight becomes action: high impact support designed for speed, relevance, and real momentum. If your transformation is stalled, messy, political, or exhausted, Advisory✚ is the layer that helps you get it moving again.

DTBN became the Amplification Engine

DTBN is not “more content.” It is the distribution muscle that keeps the Institute in market with consistency. It gave us a platform to elevate leaders, spotlight real operators, and turn our point of view into a steady stream of conversations people can actually follow.

Gut Punch is the first show wholly produced by DTBN, start to finish, production plus distribution. It launched October 18 and shipped 10 episodes in about 2.5 months, generating 146 YouTube views and 400+ podcast downloads across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and the other major platforms. That is exactly what DTBN was built to do: move fast, publish consistently, and make the content travel.

The Comeback Playbook became the trust layer, and it turned into real services.

It is one thing to publish ideas. It is another thing to publish scars. The Comeback Playbook did both, and it changed the tone of how we show up. It came from lived experience that rewired how we look at partnerships, vendors, and risk, and we published it because leaders deserve practical safeguards, not polished stories.

Then we turned it into two services leaders can use immediately.

What We Are Planning for 2026

If 2025 was the build year, 2026 is the scale year. More distribution, more practical tools, more executive level work that helps teams move from stuck to momentum.

If your organization is dealing with stalled initiatives, competing priorities, or change fatigue, keep an eye on Transformation Accelerator and Advisory✚.

Here is some of what we have planned:

MasterClass Series

We are launching a MasterClass Series built for executives who are leading under real pressure, not classroom pressure. Two sessions already queued up.

Resilient Leadership in the Age of AI
A practical session on protecting performance, presence, and mental health when the pace is relentless and the expectations are higher than ever.

Culture is Your Revenue Engine
Culture is not a vibe. It is a measurable driver of engagement, innovation, and revenue growth, especially through disruption. This MasterClass will connect culture to execution and business results in a way leaders can actually use.

Transformation Accelerator Pathway

Transformation Accelerator is not just a tool. In 2026 we are packaging it as a clear program with defined outcomes and a repeatable delivery playbook. That means tighter positioning, clearer pricing, a more predictable experience for clients, and a delivery model we can scale.

Institute Live Briefing Newsletter

A LinkedIn newsletter sent the day before each live show to drive registrations. Simple idea, big impact. It creates a consistent reminder loop and gives us a place to highlight the guest, the topic, and what viewers will walk away with.

DTBN Rewind Newsletter

A weekly LinkedIn newsletter that recaps the podcast episodes released that week across DTBN. The goal is simple: more listens, more consistency, more discoverability for every show and every guest.

Video Clip Engine

This is the execution layer behind reach. A repeatable system to produce and publish short clips from every episode so the content does not end when the live stream ends. Clips become the growth engine, and the full episode becomes the deeper dive.

And even more

We are also building the operational backbone to support this cadence: tighter production workflows, cleaner episode packaging, better cross promotion, and a stronger system for turning each live conversation into multiple assets that keep working for us all week.

The year end close, and yes, this is the ask

The Comeback Playbook came from a real fight to protect what we built. That fight came with real costs. If the series helped you this year, and you want to help us recover legal costs and keep building practical tools, here is the GoFundMe link: https://idt.fyi/comeback

If you are not able to contribute, a simple share to one founder or operator who is negotiating a partnership right now still makes a real difference.
