Hillsborough, NJ, May 8, 2026– The Institute for Digital Transformation is pleased to welcome Bernie Borges as an Institute Fellow.
Borges is the CEO of Fulfilled@Work Academy, creator of the Fulfillment Centric Leadership™ framework, and host of the Life Fulfilled Podcast, which features more than 250 interviews. With more than 30 years of experience in technology, marketing, leadership, communication, and business transformation, Borges helps leaders and organizations connect personal purpose with business performance to create workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and fulfilled.
His work aligns closely with the Institute’s belief that successful digital transformation is not driven by technology alone. It is shaped by leadership, culture, communication, employee engagement, and the ability of organizations to create the conditions where people can do their best work.
“I’m honored to join the Institute for Digital Transformation as a Fellow,” said Bernie. “My three plus decades in technology, combined with my current focus on the human side of transformation through Fulfillment Centric Leadership™, make this a natural and timely alignment. I look forward to contributing through writing, panel discussions, ideation, and the kind of stimulating conversation that moves the field forward and develops lasting relationships.”
Borges’ background includes founding and leading Find and Convert, a B2B digital marketing agency he led for 15 years before its merger with Vengreso. He later served as CMO of Vengreso, a digital sales enablement company serving B2B clients. Earlier in his career, he hosted two pioneering digital marketing podcasts, Modern Marketing Engine and Social Business Engine, and authored Marketing 2.0: Bridging the Gap Between Seller and Buyer Through Social Media Marketing.
As an Institute Fellow, Borges will contribute thought leadership, research perspective, panel participation, and executive level insight on the evolving relationship between technology, leadership, culture, employee fulfillment, and organizational performance.
“Bernie brings the exact kind of perspective the Institute values,” said John Palinkas, CEO of the Institute for Digital Transformation. “He understands technology and digital business, but he also understands that transformation ultimately succeeds or fails based on people. His work on fulfillment centered leadership adds an important human dimension to the transformation conversation, and we are excited to have him as part of the Institute community.”
Borges’ expertise spans employee fulfillment and leadership, digital transformation and marketing strategy, sales enablement, cross functional collaboration, and purpose driven performance. He also mentors early stage entrepreneurs through Tampa Bay Wave, a nationally recognized startup accelerator.
The appointment reflects the Institute’s continued expansion of its Fellow community, bringing together respected leaders, practitioners, researchers, and executives who are shaping the future of digital and business transformation.
