The Institute for Digital Transformation is proud to announce that Jessica Carroll, who currently serves as an Executive Advisor and Institute Fellow, has been appointed to the new role of Head of Strategic Alliances. Jessica’s deep experience in customer first transformation, executive leadership, and cross functional collaboration make her the ideal leader to help the Institute expand and strengthen its strategic partner ecosystem.
Jessica has built a strong reputation for helping organizations close the gap between employee engagement and successful customer relationships, with a focus on leadership, purposeful communication, operational excellence, and business growth. In senior roles including Chief Experience Officer and Enterprise IT Leader and CIO, she has led cross functional teams, broken through departmental silos, and driven initiatives that improved communication, efficiency, and business results.
In her new role, Jessica’s mission will be to help shape and lead the Institute’s alliance strategy by building meaningful relationships with collaborators, partners, and growth opportunities that align with the Institute’s mission and market direction. Her appointment reflects the Institute’s commitment to expanding its reach through trusted relationships that create value for clients, audiences, and the broader transformation community. This role is especially well suited to Jessica’s background in aligning people, strategy, and business outcomes.
“Transformation succeeds when every stakeholder is engaged with purpose. I’m honored to help the Institute build working alliances grounded in trust, curiosity, and a shared commitment to elevating how we lead, work, and serve our customers.” – Jessica
As an Institute Fellow and Executive Advisor, Jessica has already contributed valuable insight to the Institute’s thought leadership through her writing and perspective on culture, leadership, communication, and business transformation. Her appointment to this expanded role reflects our confidence in her leadership and our belief that she will play an important part in helping the Institute build the relationships that support its next stage of growth.
Please join us in congratulating Jessica Carroll on her new role and in supporting her as she helps lead the Institute’s strategic alliance efforts forward.
