Live Virtual Workshops
A series of highly interactive live virtual workshops designed by the Institute for Digital Transformation to create organizations and leaders who are comfortable operating with uncertainty and who can rapidly evolve their operating models to adapt to changing markets and directions. Workshops can accommodate up to 20 participants and are typically between 3 and 4 hours.
What is Digital Transformation?
This workshop focuses executives and senior leaders on What is Digital Transformation and the definition of a Digital Enterprise. The outcomes will be a Digital Transformation Vision and Strategy providing an organizational “North Star” for Digital Transformation. From that, develop Business Objectives and measurable Critical Success Factors to prepare their organization for Transformation.
Digital Skills Workshop
Transformation to a Digital Enterprise begins with people having specific "Digital Skills." These Digital Skills prepare the people to endure the stress of a Digital Transformation. In this workshop you will focus on these 5 critical Digital Skills: Leadership Behavior, Critical Thinking and Analysis, Financial Management, Marketing and Communications, and Innovation and Collaboration.
Why Readiness is Critical to Success
A 2016 McKinsey survey should that the most significant challenge (33%) to meeting digital priorities was “Cultural and behavioral challenges”. That same study "shows that cultural obstacles correlate clearly with negative economic performance". This workshop will explore the impact of not being READY on Transformation Programs and Economic results.
Organizing Your Transformational Journey
Most organizations run Transformation like any other project. They use the typical Project Management approach and measure the progress based on time, resources and cost. This workshop will show how to use the principle of “Commander’s Intent” to manage your journey outside of the traditional hierarchy.
