If you have not guessed by our name, our exclusive focus is Digital Transformation. But what is Digital Transformation? We like to say is you ask 5 people in a group, you will get 7 or 8 different answers. (People’s opinions tend to change as they listen to other opinions.) Fundamentally, Digital Transformation is change. And all change is an individual and personal experience. If you want to change an organization, you need to start with your people’s beliefs and behaviors. That is why we feel Digital Transformation is an attitude and an approach, not a program.
We have applied that same approach to ourselves and because of that we find it hard to categorize ourselves. We used to be consultants, but have evolved into trusted advisors. We do research, but we are not a research firm. We develop tools and procedures, but we are not a system developer. We create innovative thought proving content, but we are not a think tank. We exist at the intersection of these disciplines, trying to ensure that what we produce is practical and actionable.
