Hans Gillior M.Sc M.Ba is an experienced Digital Expert, Senior Advisor and Senior Manager in the ICT/Digital industry with profound competence of value creation and innovation. He is specialist on in IT/Digital transformation and especially on the corporate effects (unpredictability) of digitalization and globalization.

Hans Gillior started his career as a management consultant at Capgemini Consulting (IT strategy and governance practice) and supported the transformation of IT organization with great success. He was later recruited to Nordea Bank (largest bank in Nordic region) – where he was responsible for designing, implementing and running IT Service Management unit and later for IT Performance Management (strategy & governance) on Group IT and CIO level. He later worked for Sofigate Consulting, leading complex IT transformation programmes. Currently Hans Gillior is running his own knowledge/methodology and advisory business focusing on leadership/culture, capabilities and governance aspects of digital transformation – going beyond technology.

Hans Gillior has an excellent track record in running and delivering complex assignments on strategic and tactical level in the IT/Digital Management domain – delivering above expectations. He combines a structured approach with in-depth knowledge, people focus, powerful rhetoric and creativity to achieve sustainable change. His passion to deliver value and change in complex situations makes him a coveted consultant and advisor.

Hans Gillior drives research and thought leadership in field of Digital Transformation, Agile Governance, Innovation and Leadership. Much of his thought leadership, expertise and experience is packaged in the GooDIGITAL frameworks used by high-ranking consultancy firms as “best practice” for digital transformation. He is a recognized writer for IDG Expert Network and a fellow of the Institute for Digital Transformation (US).
