David Gandar

David Gandar is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a seasoned technology and business leader whose career has focused on helping organizations improve through better use of technology, stronger leadership, and more effective teams.
Over a long career in business technology, David worked across consulting, business analysis, enterprise development, IT service management, and organizational change. As founder of Delta Software in New Zealand, he helped advance professional IT service management and enterprise service improvement, with a particular focus on delivering measurable business value through technology, operational discipline, and effective change.
Throughout his career, David has been equally focused on people. He is passionate about developing individuals, building shared commitment around goals and vision, and helping teams create the leadership mindset needed to deliver sustainable results.
Now semi retired, David continues to apply his experience through coaching, governance, and advisory work. He also devotes significant time to environmental and climate action, working with established advocacy organizations including The Climate Reality Project.
Outside of his professional and advocacy work, David is also a musician and continues to explore new approaches to contemporary keyboard technique and composition.
