Jessica Carroll is a transformation leader who brings together relationships, strategic clarity, communication, and operational execution to turn ideas into meaningful business impact.

As Head of Strategic Alliances and a member of the leadership team at the Institute for Digital Transformation, Carroll works extensively within the CIO and technology executive community to build relationships that expand the Institute’s reach, strengthen its thought leadership, and create meaningful opportunities for leaders to engage across Insight+, Advisory+, and Academy+.

Carroll’s perspective is grounded in experience on both sides of enterprise transformation. As an Enterprise IT Leader and CIO, she led technology organizations responsible for delivering business-critical capabilities across the enterprise, with a consistent focus on business outcomes rather than technology for technology’s sake. As a Customer Success and Chief Experience Officer for multiple B2B organizations, she led cross-functional efforts to break down silos, strengthen employee and customer engagement, improve operational effectiveness, and build more customer-focused cultures.

That combination has shaped her approach to transformation today: strategy creates value only when leaders can align people around it and translate it into execution. Her work focuses on the connections between leadership alignment, customer-first thinking, employee engagement, customer engagement, and the operational discipline required to turn transformation ambition into sustainable business results.

A frequent speaker and writer, Jessica has presented at industry events including TechEx Amsterdam, IBM Pulse, Citrix Synergy, and Microsoft Cloud Intelligence Conference. Her work has appeared in CIOInsight, BizTech Magazine, the IBM Smarter Planet Blog, and other publications. She is also a contributing author to Digital Transformation Demystified, where she writes about customer and employee engagement.

Jessica has been recognized as a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader and as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel.
