With vast experience in enterprise transformation and strategic planning, including leading large-scale transformations and teams, she has a distinguished track record of creating successful strategic business architecture practices worldwide. Whynde has also taught executive-level audiences around the world and helped countless individuals develop their careers.
Whynde is founder and managing director of the global management consulting practice S2E Transformation, helping clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution, and achieve their greatest visions for business and digital transformation in a practical, business outcomes-focused way. She is also founder of Biz Arch Mastery, a dedicated online platform that helps professionals master the art and science of business architecture. In addition to being a fellow with the Institute for Digital Transformation, Whynde is also co-founder of the Business Architecture Guild, co-founder of the Women In Architecture global initiative, and a WIM Global Leadership Committee Member. She is author of the book Strategy to Reality, co-author of The Execution Challenge, and contributing author to multiple books including Digital Transformation Demystified.
