In his new role, Hans’s first mission will be to develop and launch the Digital Transformation Health Check. This offering will provide organizations with a comprehensive evaluation of their readiness to succeed in the digital era, focusing on operational alignment, cultural adaptability, and strategic clarity. The Health Check is poised to become a cornerstone of the Institute’s Advisory Services, offering leaders the tools to assess and optimize their transformation journeys.
In addition to his new responsibilities with the Institute, Hans will continue his current role at the B3 Consulting Group, where he drives impactful strategies and solutions for businesses navigating digital transformation.
