Hillsborough, NJ, January 5, 2024 – The Institute for Digital Transformation is pleased to welcome Nita Sanger as an Institute Fellow.
Nita Sanger is a business strategy and digital transformational executive with 25+ years of experience in advising large, complex, global, services businesses (financial, professional, business, and legal) and high-growth companies to innovate, transform and grow by optimizing their go-to-market strategies, identifying new revenue and product opportunities, driving organic and inorganic growth, and streamlining processes and operations, leveraging the latest technologies. She worked at a Big Four firm advising large, complex, global financial services businesses on strategy, operations and growth, and transformed two of its multi-billion dollar business lines, working closely with the CEOs of those businesses.
Additionally she developed and executed on a transformation and growth strategy at a mid-sized Audit, Tax and Advisory firm. Nita was the innovation leader at a global legal information services provider transforming and growing their legal and regulatory division. Nita also advised, and worked as a member of the C-suite, of several high growth companies, taking them to the next level, with revenues ranging from $10M to $9B. She has a long history of leading transformative efforts to improve companies and business lines, and maximize value via increased organizational revenues, market share growth and improved margins.
I am very excited to be a Fellow of the Institute of Digital Transformation, as I am aligned with the mission of the Institute, and would like to use my experiences transforming large, complex, global services business, and share the learnings from those efforts with other leaders who are driving their firm’s transformation journey.
