Veteran Management Consulting Leader will expand Institute access to healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical transformation leaders
The Institute for Digital Transformation today announced the appointment of Michael J. Szot as Advisory Partner, a newly established role focused on expanding the Institute’s reach across healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical organizations.
Michael will serve as the Institute’s lead Advisory Partner for healthcare and pharmaceutical engagement, introducing senior executives and transformation leaders to the Institute’s research, frameworks, and Advisory+ service offerings, including Executive Advisor On-Call, Rapid Research, and the Transformation Accelerator Pathway.
Michael brings more than three decades of experience in management consulting, technology services, and business development across highly regulated industries. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of MJS Advisory Services, a strategic advisory firm focused on connecting innovative IT product and services providers with senior executives and decision-makers in life sciences, healthcare, and other regulated sectors.
Through MJS Advisory Services, Michael has built a reputation for translating complex technology innovation into clear business value and for facilitating executive-level introductions that lead to durable, outcomes-focused partnerships. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at global consulting and technology organizations and served as Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of CGS Technology Associates, an IT consulting and systems integration firm serving Fortune-level clients across regulated industries.
